Return and exchange help

To start an exchange, you can contact us at onessari@diablosgolf.com.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Size exchanges and store credit

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item was received damaged or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment for sizing-related returns.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
